Will
Power is Supreme Power
“Where there’s a will, there’s a way”
Impossible
is possible if there is a will.
Even
that is not possible by God is made possible when a will is there.
The
above are the proverbial sayings to highlight the potential of will power.
Such
is the power of our Will.
“Will
power” means the mental determination against all odds and adverse forces and
factors.
Very
few people have the natural and inborn quality of good will power.
Many
others learned from the past experiences and gained the will power.
During
his childhood, the boy of a poor family had to swim across an ever flowing
river to reach the school and again swim to get back to his home. This lad
through sheer hard work and determination later became the Prime Minister of India
.The name of the boy is Lal Bahahdur Shastri.
There
are many instances in the world’s history and countless stories to prove the
goodness of will power. A person should not become demoralized in a situation
of adversity but should learn from other people’s behavior towards that person
so that one‘s true latent powers are explored.
An insincere and evil
friend is more to be feared than a wild beast; a wild beast may wound your
body, but an evil friend will wound your mind.
Thousands of
candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the candle will
not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.
- Buddha
The will to win, the
desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys
that will unlock the door to personal excellence.
- Confucius
Do you want to know who
you are? Don't ask. Act! Action will delineate and define you.
- Thomas
Jefferson
Studies
of human brain tell us that it contains numerous windows. Some are open and
others are closed. It requires a compelling situation to open the closed ones
of the mind. If one reacts seriously to a shocking experience that will
naturally open the closed sites of the mind. Miracles are brought about through
such process: new mind powers are reported to be behind the extraordinary
behavior that was unimaginable prior to that experience. The lesson from the
above is that anyone can perform a miracle if the person has the capacity or
will to convert any opportunity into a good act.
A strong will can help reveal one’s hidden potential. But there is a difference between will and wish. Do not harbor any unrealistic wish: pursue your true will to follow your dream. That means identify your will power before proceeding to take actions towards your wish or dream.
Mind Power is stronger than muscle power: Remember, David defeated Goliath.
